The GenMAPP Updater allows GenMAPP users to update or repair their GenMAPP installation. The Updater accesses a GenMAPP ftp site to search for any updates available.
To access the Updater, go to the Tools menu and select Updater. You can also launch the Updater from GenMAPP's Start Menu folder. The Updater will display a message asking you if you wish to update:
If you click Yes, the main Updater window will appear:
The Updater will show a progress bar during updates and an Update Log will be completed, with details of the procedure.
GenMAPP can also be configured to automatically check for available updates upon startup. This option is available in the Options menu item of the Tools menu.
