GenMAPP Hands-on Tutorial

To setup your computer for an upcoming GenMAPP workshop, please follow the below instructions:

1. Go to download_v2.1.php to register and download GenMAPP 2.

2. Save GenMAPPv2Setup.exe to your hard drive. Double-click on the .exe to install GenMAPP. During installation, make sure to select the option for automatic updates.

3. Once the installation is complete, launch GenMAPP. You may be prompted to install updates, if so agree to the updates.

4. Download the following files:

		GenMAPP_Workshop_Instructions.pdf: Instructions for the workshop and how to use the below files
		Mm-Slim_20060127.exe: Limited GenMAPP mouse database
		gcrma_ES_EB-expression.exe: Input data
		Mm-Contributed_short.exe: Limited mouse MAPP archive
		Mm_ED_Myometrium-pregnancy-mu11kAB_gcrma_20060612.exe: GenMAPP dataset for mouse myometrium time course

NOTE: If you would like to work with your own data during the workshop or want to use GenMAPP for a specific purpose, contact the genmapp@gladstone.ucsf.edu before the workshop.
